4+ years of experience in all the aspects of HR
Must have proven working experience leading HR of an Information Tech. organization
Taking care of & nurturing the "Human aspect" of the organization.
Must have excellent communication skills, a good listener too.
Designing and implementing the HR initiatives, programs and policies in line with organizational objectives.
primary focus on retention, motivation,learning and development, culture & values, employee engagement,& employee relationship.
Developing and implementing the Learning and Development initiatives for the employees, tracking learning targets and achievements
Ensuring Induction, orientation & exit formalities
Addressing employee issues-grievances individually to come up with amicable solutions
Ensuring necessary HR level record keeping & documentation.
Guiding the team for building and uplifting the brand image, internally/externally, socially and online
Coordinating with department heads and Directors for improving employee satisfaction and organization image.
People oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
