Your responsibilities

  • 4+ years of experience in all the aspects of HR

  • Must have proven working experience leading HR of an Information Tech. organization

  • Taking care of & nurturing the "Human aspect" of the organization.

  • Must have excellent communication skills, a good listener too.

  • Designing and implementing the HR initiatives, programs and policies in line with organizational objectives.

  • primary focus on retention, motivation,learning and development, culture & values, employee engagement,& employee relationship.

  • Developing and implementing the Learning and Development initiatives for the employees, tracking learning targets and achievements

  • Ensuring Induction, orientation & exit formalities

  • Addressing employee issues-grievances individually to come up with amicable solutions

  • Ensuring necessary HR level record keeping & documentation.

  • Guiding the team for building and uplifting the brand image, internally/externally, socially and online

  • Coordinating with department heads and Directors for improving employee satisfaction and organization image.
