Your responsibilities

  • Guide customers in purchasing the best suitable package of Dynamics 365 according to their business.
  • Help customers to configure Dynamics 365 Instances and set up the required entities, workflows, privileges and users.
  • Aware of the general requirements/issues of the customers to onboard them easily.
  • Analyze the requirements of a customer and communicate with the client to understand the flow and suggest inputs (edits, optimizations, ways of implementation, etc.)
  • Stay updated with new updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Handles the Product Demonstrations, Pre-sales discussions, Functional Support Queries Help Customers to optimize solutions for customer services, sales, field services, Project Service etc.

Our requirement

  • The person should have the fundamental knowledge of Dynamics 365

  • Should have knowledge of MS 365 for sales, customer service, field service, marketing & project service (Sales & Customer Service must)

  • Good to have other dynamics products knowledge like GP, NAV, Business Central.

  • Good knowledge of the back-end configurations and entity-relationship management

  • Good knowledge of MS PowerApps and Sharepoint platform

  • Knowledge of Workflow, Processes, Plugin development and Security mechanisms provided inside MS Dynamics

  • Good to have to work with MS Dynamics Portals, MS SQL Server and SSRS Reports

  • Documentations, Requirement Gathering and Reporting skills

  • Having knowledge of Project Management tools like Jira.
